I’m Illia Redunenko, I started my career in Kyiv as a web designer before moving into Product Design. Today, I work on a dating app, building premium features and experiments that improve engagement and monetization.
I enjoy working with real product data and aligning it with user behavior, understanding why people act the way they do and how design decisions influence measurable outcomes.

Outside of Work
Outside of work, I enjoy photography and spending time at the bouldering gym. Last summer, I climbed real rock in Portugal, which felt like a different kind of problem-solving. I also enjoy slow mornings making hand-brewed coffee and watching films (yes, I keep a Letterboxd).
